Ok, sorry. I loved the first game, and if a sequel is in fact in the works, I'll be extremely happy.

Bad Company 3 will probably have no in-game VoIP, close together flags, no new objective game modes with depth, maps that lack depth, poor order system and last but not least, kill streaks.

I would rather there be a 2143, but I still think BC3 will be a good game if they stick to the roots.

At least BFBC3 hopefully works better then Hackfield 3.

bc3 will only work if they stick to the modelof bc2... which btw i loved so much!! none of the vaulting stuff which i still like but to some extent. or the disabling of vehicles or how the guns handle... i loved the way the guns handled in bc2 and wish they still leave this stuff how it was in bc2.. destruction seemed more prominent in bc2 as well!! anyways i hope the devs know that bc3 is a sequel of bc2 and dont treat it as a sequel of bf3 as i feel they both need to be seen separate one as a spinoff of the other one!... plus i would like to have both bc and the reg. bf have different kinds of gameplay due to the aforementioned reasons why man how i miss them bc2 days!!

YES! Loved the first Mirrors Edge to death, can't wait to see a sequel. And I hope BC3 is still a good while out, or at least Mirrors Edge 2 comes first. With BF3 being so hyped and anticipated as the best BF ever, I think it deserves at least a years more support in terms of DLC and attention from DICE. Of course I'd love them to keep supporting it even as future titles are released, but we know that wont happen.

I would personally like to see some version of 2143 come out before BC3. I'll get BC3 regardless of whether it comes before 2143 but it would be awesome to play Titan.

Me too. If I had to guess, BC3 probably won't come out until 2014 (Mirrors Edge 2 probably coming next year), which could hold back 2143 as far as 2015 or 2016. It's most likely 2143 is just gonna be a future expansion for BF3; I'd rather it be a full game, but thats what looks like is going to happen.

I would much rather it be a full game too. Better support and more maps, etc. to come out for it if it is seperate.

BC3 would be a hell of alot of fun, but I am begining to wonder if DICE is taking on too much. If they are developing BC3, would it not hinder the continued working out of BF3?

Plus if they are working on BC3, it better have dinosaurs in it.

My guess is that they are just planning and using resources not able to work on BF3. Maybe core engine designers, gameplay/map layout designers, story writers, etc. that aren't part of the DLC/patch work.
