Battlefield Evolved and Supposed DLC Boxart

    This week at the GDC we all heard the news from EA about the 3 upcoming DLC's. It appears as though some more news has come with this. According to MCV, something called Battlefield: Evolved was added to their product list for 2012. We have no clue what this could be but our speculation that perhaps it's a combo of all three DLC's or some sort of pack much like the Physical Warfare Pack.

    What is more interesting though is this supposed box art for the upcoming DLC's. There has been some skeptism that these are photoshopped, but as a photoshop guru I can tell you that they appear to be more of a picture from a projector than a fake someone created. The biggest clue is that the artwork for Armored Kill and End Game doesn't exist anywhere else. In Armored Kill you'll notice a Blackhawk Helicopter, which is speculated to already be found in the Battlefield 3 Game Files. End Game's artwork looks like a Russian Zombie. If this boxart was fake, then why didn't it appear in the community first instead of MTV Multiplayer?

    UPDATE: According to this video, EA announced at GDC that End Game DLC will be something about a character in the Jungle, Apocalypse Now style. Maybe it's a Vietnam based Expansion pack?

    Thanks to Redditr Ex0ate we've got a screen capture of one of the Close Quarters levels. As you can see it appears to be quite small in comparison to other Battlefield maps. BUT you'll notice that it has a RANDOM SPAWN POINT, which means it's in Team Deathmatch. TDM game mode shrinks the map to 1/4 the size. Meaning the CQ or Rush version is probably much larger.

    I'm going to go out on a limb here... but I think End Game is going to be a Campaign DLC. All the points add up! "End Game's artwork looks like a Russian Zombie." and "EA announced at GDC that End Game DLC will be something about a character in the Jungle"
    Artwork looks like a Russian soldier, and the DLC will be something about A Character in the jungle.
    Remember the campaign and how Dimitri was left on a cliffhanger ending!? This could very well be the rest or his story.

    Korea didn;t have jungles, I should know, my Grandfather fought there, and my avatar pic is a F-86 Sabre Jet from the Korean conflict.

    I was also part of the ill fated Battlefield Korea mod team.

    Oh how I would love a Korean war game in the Battlefield series.

    I have a Mig15 VS F-86 video in the BF2 mod I made many years ago.



    Only known footage from that mod on the net.

    Seems legit, mate ;) Looks similar to you picture and it would fit into the game for the
    russian side ;)

    Who says End Game has anything to do with Zombies or Dino's... Nothing says it has anything to do with those things. And the title could just be a reference to the "End of the Game" as in, it's the last DLC before the next Battlefield game.

    Just a thought. :)
