    It’s our pleasure to announce our first Battlefield 3 Community Event! This weekend we’d like to invite you to join us along with the Battlefield community, Pixel Enemy, Don’t Revive Me Bro and DCRU to a weekend full of Battlefield 3. From Friday to Sunday we will be running Battlefield 3 public servers courtesy of our good friends over at i3d.net. The event will be a great chance for you to meet and greet with the community and get to experience Battlefield 3 at its fullest. As we get closer to Friday, we will release information about the game servers and stream. So what will the weekend look like?
    Open Beta BF3 Lobby
    6:00AM EST / 11:00AM GMT Friday, September 30th – 11:30PM EST / 4:30AM GMT Sunday, October 2nd
    Thanks to i3d.net, we will be running a series of BF3 Open Beta servers and a Teamspeak server for the community to join in on. DICE’s very own, Daniel “zh1nt0″ Matros will be pulling a 24hr game session with us+ other DICE developers!
    Event Live StreamJoin Pixel Enemy, DRMB and DCRU for a weekend live stream of the event. Expect to see lots of gameplay with commentary, interviews and discussion.
    Community Match
    on Sunday October 2nd, starting at 2:00PM EST (GMT-5)
    Representatives from EA/DICE will duke it out against community figures from Battlefieldo, Don’t Revive Me Bro, DCRU, and other Battlefield community members from around the world in a fierce few matches of the BF3 Beta.

    Teamspeak 3
    We will be hosting a Teamspeak chat for everyone wanting to play. Hang around in TS for a chance to get in on the few free slots for the Sunday community match!
