When BATTLEFIELDO was formed, there was only one true idea and principal that we had in mind… that principal was to be “YOUR SOURCE” for all things Battlefield 3. In the last year, we’ve developed some amazing partnerships with other sites and organizations, one of which is Don’t Revive Me Bro. Through events, partnerships, DRMB has always in a way been a part of the BATTLEFIELDO team, but today we’re pleased to announce that they are officially joining us as a part of our community! On February 15th, 2012, Don’t Revive Me Bro and BATTLEFIELDO will join forces.

This plan has been in the works for a while; we’ve been developing components on the backend of our site to allow for DRMB to keep their identity as DRMB, while also bringing their users, as well as ours under the same roof and truly become the one-stop-shop for all things Battlefield 3.





The Details:
We'll be annoucing more details as we continue to develop the backend of the site this week, for now, here are the general details of the merger:

-- DRMB will be getting a facelift, again. Their site will move to our server and community platform. This will help us by bringing everything into a “HUB” atmosphere.

-- Battlefieldo & DRMB url’s, Twitter’s and Facebook’s will stay the same. The same level of community commitment will continue. The forums will be cross-site compatible and both sites will have their own sub forums and identity, but share a membership base and will allow for maximum cross exposure.

-- DRMB will become the Media part of the merger, any and all media, artwork, and articles that we are going to “Spotlight” as a site will go through a DRMB approval process and content team. We will continue to put up videos and allow people to submit their own. The DRMB YouTube will become the outlet for original content and community videos for both BATTLEFIELDO and DRMB. (we’ll have more on this soon)
