Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

What a...?? I'm watching this video and thinking: is this real? Call of Duty? Future? Robots? This looks like a comic. They are really ambitious...

I was waiting for someone to post this. haha. I will buy it only for SP and zombies, because all my friends play zombies 24/7. But i'm not gonna lie, I am proud of Treyarch for trying something new. haha. At least they are trying to freshen the series.

they said they were building the engine from the ground up...I'm not impressed with the graphics or the little bit of gameplay...it looks exactly the same as MW3 and BO as far as that's concerned...

Where did you read that? I've not heard about a new engine as it looks exactly the same. What they have confirmed is that Zombies will be using the same engine as the Multiplayer which opens open some cool stuff. Treyarch have also given the Zombies team the freedom to do whatever they want with zombies regardless of how / if it ties in with single player!

I saw no metal super soldiers jumping fifteen feet high. I saw no plasma weapons. I did see a regular guy running around with what looks like a disfigured XM8, though. And Deus Ex esque music, with the ME3 Reaper "BRRRRRRRRGGGGGNNNNTT" noise every now and then. The gunship thing only reassures the Deus Ex link.

Going to be a shit product. And WaW was the best CoD, and Blops certainly put MW2 and MW3 to great shame IMHO. Does it really make a difference if we are blowing up a tank or a mech? What is the difference?

I'll actually feel good for CoD if they can pull this off. It would be a much needed change for the game and the genre.

Like Linefly said. I only care about the single player (liked the first Black Ops story) and zombies.

I'll have to see more from this to decide if I'll give it a try or not.

I'm a big fan of the zombies game mode so as long as they don't mess it up, I'll probably buy this game

The whole think strikes me as entirely unorginal. Halo, 2142, GRFS. It seems desperate to me. Its basically just putting a new mask on the same old villain. It will most likely play exactly the same, have the same multiplayer but just look different.

Doesn't look to impressive at all to me. It looks like they took the lastest Ghost Recon and made it into a FPS.

How many CoD games are they gonna flood the market with? How long until we gonna see CoD: Combat Evolved, or a CoD: 2142?

I miss the good old days of the 1st Modern Warfare.

I am actually excited for zombies. I have a lot of friends who almost exclusively play zombies, but since it was limited to 4 people, we always ended up split up. I just read that since it is running on the multiplayer engine, it will have double the players. 8 person zombies sounds intense.

See, the thing about 2142 and GRFS is that they were/are actually good...lol
